I. Company and Products


Q: What business does your company mainly engage in?

Ii. Quotation, Order and Payment


Q: How can I obtain a quotation? What does the quotation include?

Our quotations usually include information such as the unit price of the product, the total price, trade terms (such as FOB, CIF), payment terms, packaging, estimated delivery date, and minimum order quantity.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?


A: We support multiple secure payment methods, including:


Telegraphic transfer (T/T - the most common) : Usually a 30% advance payment, and the balance should be paid off before shipment.


Online payment (such as PayPal/Stripe/credit card) : It may be applicable to small orders and a handling fee will be charged separately.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?


A: Our MOQ is usually set according to specific products and models. For details, please communicate and confirm with the sales representative


Q: How long is the validity period of the price?

Iii. Production, Quality and Delivery


Q: What is your regular delivery date?


A: The delivery date depends on the complexity of the product, the order volume, the supply of raw materials and our current production plan. It is usually after receiving the advance payment and confirming the order [for example: 10-30 days].


Q: Do you have your own factory? What is the production process like?

Iv. Logistics and Transportation


Q: Which logistics methods do you use? How is the freight calculated?


A: According to the volume of goods, time requirements and cost, we provide:


Sea transportation: Full container Load (FCL) or less than Container Load (LCL) is the most commonly used and has a relatively low cost.


Air freight: Suitable for small batches or urgently needed goods.


International express delivery: such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., suitable for sample or small parcels.


The freight is calculated based on [e.g., weight/volume weight, whichever is greater], destination and service level.


Q: Are you responsible for arranging transportation and customs clearance?


A: It depends on the trade terms we agreed upon:


EXW: You are responsible for all transportation, export customs declaration, international transportation and import customs declaration after picking up the goods from our factory.


FOB: We are responsible for delivering the goods to the designated port of shipment and completing the export customs clearance. You are responsible for booking space, ocean freight, insurance, customs clearance at the destination port and delivery.


CIF: We are responsible for the freight and insurance charges (by sea) to the destination port, as well as export customs clearance. You are responsible for customs clearance and delivery at the destination port.


DDP: We are responsible for all costs and risks until the goods are delivered to your designated destination (import customs clearance is handled by us or our agents), with high risks/high costs/complex operations.


Q: How are the goods packaged? Can the packaging materials be customized?


A: We use sturdy standard export packaging (such as cartons/wooden cases/pallets) to ensure transportation safety. We offer basic customized packaging (such as Logo printing and special linings). If there are any special requirements, please inform us in advance as they may involve additional charges.


Q: How can I track my goods?


A: Once the goods are dispatched, we will provide the relevant waybill number (such as ocean bill of lading number/air waybill number /AWB number) and the contact information of the freight forwarder for you to track the status of the goods.


V. After-sales Service and Support


Q: What should I do if the goods are found to be of substandard quality, short or damaged after receiving them?


A: Please check the outer packaging when signing for the goods and record any abnormalities (take photos). Provide us with a detailed report (photos, videos, problem descriptions) within 7 to 15 days after receiving the goods. We will investigate the cause and negotiate solutions (such as exchange, replenishment, repair, partial refund, etc.). Please note that claims must be based on the terms of the contract and valid evidence.


Q: Does the product come with a warranty?


A: Yes, we offer a 12-24 month quality guarantee for our products (excluding consumables/consumables/man-made damage usually). For detailed terms, please refer to our warranty policy or confirm with the salesperson.
